Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a compassionate and deep exploration in your personality, with a focus on understanding patterns set early in life and the history of those patterns in your family, in order to bring the unconscious automatic habits into our consciousness to create space. Developing insights into our tendencies will allow for compassion for ourselves and others. We are all connected and flawed. Awareness and willingness are the first steps towards these insights. In order to make change in our responses, we need to learn how they manifest in our lives and where they were learned.
