I have been trained in applied behavioral analysis, internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy which provides a safe and secure environment to create insight, awareness and growth. By gaining awareness into automatic thoughts and feelings we can gain insights into our behaviors and create space for our choices. My practice is a confidential and judgement free setting where you can have a selfish hour to focus on yourself and care for yourself. Mental health is the best form of self care you can practice.
